About the Practice

Dr. Erinn Maury started Mid-Atlantic Rheumatology in 2016.  In 2022 Dr. Hesum Chegini joined the practice.  We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues including gout, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis.  We specialize in treating autoimmune diseases such as lupus, Sjogren’s, systemic sclerosis, IgG-4 disease, polymyalgia rheumatica, temporal arteritis, polymyositis, dermatomyositis and vasculitis.

We offer in-office medication infusion and injection services for our rheumatology patients.  We offer the same infusion/injection services to physicians in the community who need a place to send their patients for in-office specialty medication administration.

Our goal at Mid-Atlantic Rheumatology is to collaborate with patients and their other providers to create an individualized plan of care for management of their rheumatologic condition(s), as well as other conditions of an autoimmune or musculoskeletal nature.
